Meet John R. Nord - MA, Psychotherapist

Struggling with life-satisfaction or relationships which leave you stressed, angry, anxious, or depressed? Is substance use causing personal or relationship problems? Are parenting responsibilities a confusing burden? Are extended-family relationship patterns adding stress and dampening life-satisfaction? Have you ever asked yourself: "Is this all there is?" Perhaps your thinking or lifestyles are not serving you or your family well. I can help you understand some of the causes of your discomfort, and come alongside you to help develop workable solutions for your particular situation. There is help available in a safe, confidential environment.

I intimately understand the mental and emotional gymnastics of self-guided solutions which may be an emotional rollercoaster. If your style of living is leaving you depressed, anxious, or unfulfilled, we can work together to find effective, workable solutions which can save you and your family valuable time, needless frustration, pain, and heartache.

Often individuals unconsciously hold mistaken beliefs about themselves from childhood and consequently make choices which undermine their lives and important relationships, starting with themselves and rippling to some or all relationships. My living foundational values grow from a Spiritual Christian perspective which is not forced but can be incorporated according to the client's preference.
