Meet Cathy Turner,  MA, LMFT

Cathy Turner is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She brings valuable experience to work with trauma, all types of abuse, and healing of past and present emotional wounds. Her non-judgmental approach helps her clients deal with family conflict, isolation, and loneliness.

Cathy is a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Clinician (ART) and EMDR. These therapies use eye movements that helps connect pieces of information stored in the brain's memory to help solve issues. While focused on problems and concurrently using eye movements, the brain makes new connections using a person's strengths and problem solving abilities.

Cathy’s Christian beliefs blend beautifully with her extensive training in many types of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She also brings a deep understanding to issues of grief, abuse, and complex trauma. Cathy offers individual therapy, family therapy or marital counseling.

I specialize in Anxiety, Spirituality and Life Transitions.
